This privacy policy applies to the Malic's Legacy mobile app (the "Application") and the maliclabs.com website (the "Website"), provided by Malic Labs LTDA (the "Service Provider"). These services are intended for use "AS IS".
Website Analytics and AdvertisingWith your permission, the Website uses Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to understand visits, measure store-button clicks, and attribute those actions to advertising campaigns. These services may process the page URL, referral and campaign information, device and browser information, approximate location derived from the IP address, cookie or device identifiers, and interactions such as a click on an App Store or Google Play button.
These optional analytics and advertising tools do not load until you select "Allow analytics." You can decline them without affecting the Website and can change your choice at any time using the "Privacy choices" control in the footer.
Malic Labs does not send names, email addresses, or other contact details through these Website events. Google and Meta process and retain information according to their policies and the settings of the Service Provider's accounts.
Information Collection and UseThe Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
- The time spent on the Application
- The operating system you use on your mobile device
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
Third Party AccessInformation may be transmitted to service providers that help operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Application and Website. The Service Provider may share information with third parties only in the ways described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- With their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
For the Website, select "Continue without analytics" or use the "Privacy choices" control in the footer to withdraw a previous choice. You can stop collection by the Application by uninstalling it using the standard process available on your mobile device or through the applicable marketplace.
Data Retention PolicyThe Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at pedro@maliclabs.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
ChangesThis Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

Your ConsentOptional Website analytics and advertising processing is based on the choice you make in the consent banner and can be withdrawn at any time. Other processing described in this policy may rely on additional legal bases applicable to the Application or Website.
